| We no longer provide development related services and
instead focus on creating freeware and shareware software. The amount of revenue
generated with freeware and shareware far outpaced that generated by software development
services; thus, we have changed our business focus to the development of shareware and
creation of product lines. A product line consists of a fully functional freeware
loss leader plus a sibling shareware version with extended capability. We distribute
and market the product line with the goal of selling out the entire product line in 'lump
sum' or 'percentage of sales' to a larger company. |
